Difficult to sleep "Insomnia"

People with Insomnia problem need to healty lifestyle and style for good sleep, there are like : food controling, excercise, and optimis life, don't consumtion for much medicine, repair for sleep enviroment with manage temperatur, and light of lamp manage.
below some sugests and tips to healing people with problem sleeping :
1. avoid hardfood before sleep, please eat simple food that contain triptopan like
warm milk and banana.avoid for alcohol, cigaret,cofee.
2. known for every medicine we consumtion, first the laxative urine medicine, if you
consumtion this medicine at breakfast drink or afternoon so that does not often
want to toilet in the night.
3. Prepare your time to regular time for sleep
4. if you want to siesta does not for long time, enough for 30 minuts
5. physical exercise is recommended 4-8 hours before sleep.
6. use the bed only for sleep and (sexual activity)
7. go to the bed only if you are sleepy, dont watch television from the bed.
8. wake up in the morning with regulary time, the variation not more from 1 hour.
